We shot this episode in her apartment in Hollywood. There were tons of interesting cats comin' in and out of that place...Russian mafia dudes, transvestites, you name it...I was keeping my eyes open for future guests. She mentioned that she sometimes hears these Russian dudes wrestling all drunk at 4 AM somtimes...love it.
Yesterday we rode L.A.'s red line, and during production - I got us off at the wrong stop...very much not like me. Isn't it weird that L.A. has a subway...a few people emailed us and said "I had no idea LA had a subway".
Let me be honest...one person emailed me with that line, but nevertheless - I'm glad we could teach someone one thing...that's the goal of this whole endeavor, in all seriousness. I made a pledge to not ask questions like "What is Gwyneth Paltrow's baby's name?" - and as long as we can come up with interesting themes, topics and questions - I'd like to stick by that promise...
