1. HOW TO ENTER
88SLIDE: The Daily One Minute Trivia Challenge ("Sweepstakes") begins on August 28, 2006 and ends on December 1, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of seventy (70) separate daily (weekdays only, Monday - Friday) sweepstakes ("Daily Sweepstakes"). Each Daily Sweepstakes begins each weekday beginning August 28, 2006 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), when a new episode of 88SLIDE ("Program") begins to be continually broadcast on the Sweepstakes website http://www.88SLIDE.com ("Website"), and ends each same weekday at 8:59:59 p.m. PT through December 1, 2006. To enter, access the Website to watch the program and listen for the day's trivia question ("Question") and the choice of potential answers, then follow the instructions as to how to enter either by email or text messaging ("SMS") (collectively, "Entry"). Viewers may also view Program on certain other mobile digital media, as may be announced in each daily Program. All entries must include name, city, state, email address or mobile phone number if submitted via SMS, and daily answer ("Answer") (collectively, "Entry Information"). All Web site and email entries require an email address, while all SMS entries require a Phone number - these are the unique identifiers with these two methods. Entrant will be required to provide additional information (including, but not limited to, home mailing address (with ZIP code; no P.O. Boxes), telephone number and birth-date) upon Sponsor's (defined below) verification of eligibility. One randomly selected correct entry will be selected as a potential winner each evening as outlined in the SELECTION OF WINNER section below. Correct entries are defined as those entries that contain a name, city, email address or mobile phone number if submitted via SMS, and the correct answer (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) that is received by Sponsor (defined below) by the time indicated. To enter, either e-mail or text message with your mobile phone to the email address ( answer@88slide.com ) or SMS number (310.873.8946) located within the Program episode and enter the Entry Information required. If entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Limit one (1) email OR one (1) SMS entry per email or SMS address per day. All entries must be received by 8:59:59 p.m. (PT) on the day of the Daily Sweepstakes in which it was entered. Participants can only participate in the Daily Sweepstakes under one (1) email address or one (1) mobile phone number. Once an email address or mobile phone number has been used to enter the Daily Sweepstakes by a participant that email address or mobile phone number cannot be used by any other person at the Website within the Daily Sweepstakes period . Your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message that you send and receive on your text-messaging or web-enabled wireless device. Wireless service entrants will receive a confirmation SMS from 88SLIDE for which they may be charged at standard text message rates by their provider. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding pricing plans. Proof of delivery or receipt of entry will not be deemed by Sponsor (defined below) as proof of entry. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once in the same day with multiple email accounts or mobile phone numbers may result in disqualification at the discretion of Sponsor (defined below). Sponsor (defined below) does not charge entrants to participate in this Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) and who are fifteen (15) years of age or older as of February 28, 2006. Employees, officers and directors of Rock Creek Park Productions ("Sponsor"), its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. NOTE: Viewers from outside the United States are encouraged to send in their answers, but they are not eligible to win prizes.
3. PRIZES
One (1) prize per Daily Sweepstakes consisting of a gift certificate and/or merchandise, as announced on each day's Program at the sole discretion of the Sponsor ("Daily Prize"). Average Retail Value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize: $10.00 - $4,999.00 . No other coupons or rebates apply. Gift certificate cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer and is subject to stated terms and conditions. Gift Certificate issuers are not sponsors or endorsers of this Sweepstakes. If choice of prize to be made by winner is offered, approval of which is to be made by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes are not transferable by winner, and no request by winner for substitution of product, or cash in lieu of the stated prizes, can be made, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, due to prize unavailability or for any other reason, at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize will be sent to the person whose name and address on the winning entry as provided either at time of entry or upon Sponsor's verification of eligibility, consistent with these Rules. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. If total ARV of prizes won by any one individual entrant is greater than $600.00, that winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of all prizes he/she won in the calendar year that he/she won and at that time that winner's social security number will be required by Sponsor.
4. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that particular Daily Sweepstakes.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER
Potential winners will be selected by Sponsor by random drawing each day on or about 9:00:01 p.m. PT during the Sweepstakes Period based on a random number generating formula from all eligible entries received for that particular Daily Sweepstakes. Non-winning eligible entries will not be retained and will not be entered into subsequent Daily Sweepstakes. Sponsor will notify potential winners by e-mail or phone if entry received via SMS within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the close of the Daily Sweepstakes. If a potential winner does not reply to the notification email or telephone notification, as applicable, and does not subsequently complete all required fields of information (including, but not limited to, home mailing address (with ZIP code; no P.O. Boxes), telephone number and birth-date) within five (5) calendar days of the attempted notification date or if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
6. GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. By submitting the entry you are acknowledging your eligibility under the Official Rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at http://www.88slide.com/privacy.php . Thus except where prohibited by law and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy: (1) entrant and/or winner (winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to allow Sponsor to use his/her name, city, state, image or voice in a promotional capacity without further consideration or compensation in connection with said Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of entrant's parent/legal guardian. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from all salvageable eligible entries, if any.
7. DISCLAIMERS
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries. Use of automated devices is prohibited. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.

10. HOW TO REDEEM SONG PRIZES FROM ITUNES® MUSIC STORE:
If daily prize is an iTunes Gift Certificate, the following terms apply. Sony iTunes is not a sponsor or endorser of this Sweepstakes. To redeem your song prizes from iTunes® Music Store, log on to www.itunes.com prior to the expiration date of your iTunes® redemption code. On the home page, first time users will need to follow the on screen instructions to download and install (at no charge to user) the iTunes Music Store software (the "Software") to their computer. Then, after the Software has been successfully downloaded to your computer, follow the on screen instructions to register on the iTunes web site and set up an account ("Account"). Limit one (1) Account per person. There is no purchase or other obligation incurred by registering on the iTunes web site, a credit card is not required.
